A person who supported former President Trump was apprehended for allegedly using a knife to menace a woman and her children outside a courthouse in New York City

According to a spokesman for the New York State Office of Court Administration, on Tuesday, a woman who supports former President Trump threatened a mother with two children outside the Manhattan Criminal Courthouse where TV reporters have been stationed.

Angela Rucker, 39, was holding a yellow sign that read, “I’m With Trump Are You?” when she engaged in an argument with two women, one with two small children and the other with a child in a stroller.

During the altercation, Rucker pulled out a knife from her pocket and waved it in a threatening manner towards the other woman.

As an anticipated criminal fraud charge against the 45th president in connection with a $130,000 payment to adult film actress Stormy Daniels before the 2016 presidential election loomed, the perimeter of the courthouse had increased security.

Court officers who were monitoring the exterior of the building saw Angela Rucker waving the knife during an argument and commanded her to drop the weapon while drawing their guns, stated Lucien Chalfen, a spokesman for the New York State Office of Court Administration.

She complied and was arrested, with charges pending as of Monday evening.
