Police in Brooklyn arrested an off-duty EMT, Richard Miller, on Sunday around 1:25 a.m., charging him with forcible touching and sex abuse.
Miller, 36, works as a medic for a private company, not the FDNY EMT as initially identified by the NYPD.
The arraignment for his case in Brooklyn Criminal Court is still pending as of Sunday evening.
Further details on the arrest were not provided by a police spokesperson.
