According to the police, two individuals were shot and wounded outside a public housing building in Queens on Sunday. The shooting occurred around 6 p.m. near 116th Ave. and Guy R. Brewer Blvd. at the Baisley Park Houses in South Jamaica.

The shooter, who is known to both victims, fired at a 31-year-old woman and a 28-year-old man, injuring them in the leg before fleeing the scene.

Both victims were transported to Jamaica Hospital and are expected to recover.

At present, no arrests have been made, and the suspect is still at large.
