Sunni Islamic fundamentalist political movement & military organisation in Afghanistan The Taliban has offered Trump’s reelection campaign an unwanted endorsement.

“We hope he will win the election and wind up U.S. military presence in Afghanistan,” Taliban said.

The Trump campaign swatted the sentiment.

“We reject their support and the Taliban should know that the President will always protect American interests by any means necessary,” Trump campaign said.

Trump has presided over a withdrawal of United States troops from parts of Afghanistan, & he vowed this week that all US soldiers in the nation will arrive back home by the end of this year.
