A 38-year-old motorcyclist died after colliding with an SUV in Queens around 11 p.m. on Tuesday

A motorcyclist passed away after smashing into an SUV in Queens, authorities said on Wednesday.

The casualty, 38, was riding his Honda CBR600 east on 31st Ave. in Woodside when he collided with a Nissan Pathfinder at 61st St. just after 11 p.m. on Tuesday, officials said.

The Nissan was making a left turn onto 61st St.

The motorcyclist was thrown from his bike & suffered a head wound, authorities said. First responders took him to Elmhurst Hospital, where he passed away moments later. His name was not immediately released.

The man, 48, driving the Nissan was not injured & remained at the scene, officials said. No charges were immediately filed.
