A 58-year-old guy participating in a pro-Trump auto rally on Saturday morning allegedly fired a gunshot into a trailer truck during a dispute in Hilliard, Ohio, police said.
Nobody was injured in the incident on Interstate 270 in suburban Columbus, according to officials.
Todd Crawford was accused of firing a single bullet from a .45-caliber pistol into the cabin of a vehicle. Crawford faces a third-degree felony charge of discharge of a firearm on or near premises, officials said.
The Hilliard Division of Police said dispatchers received a report around 11 a.m. stating that a shot was fired from a black Ford F-150 pick-up truck. An investigation into the firing was ongoing, according to a statement released by the officials on Saturday night.
Crawford was taken to Franklin County Jail, authorities said.
