A 41-year-old off-duty NYPD cop arrested on Sunday after punching his sibling at a Bronx party

Authorities said a 41-year-old New York Police Department officer who was off-duty got arrested on Sunday morning in the wake of slugging his brother at a Bronx party. Officer Ariel Victor Castillo was pushed by his sibling and supposedly fought back by punching him. The sibling was not critically harmed. Castillo was charged with misdemeanor assault. He was given a desk appearance ticket to show up in court sometime in the not too distant future and released.
