64-year-old Massachusetts lady and her 43-year-old grown-up child are confronting genuine prison time after the man’s better half discovered the two having intercourse. Court archives show that Cheryl Lavoie and her child Tony Lavoie have argued not guilty to inbreeding, and a week ago were requested by a judge to avoid each other.
Back in May, Tony’s significant other found the two having intercourse at their home. The spouse at that point called 911, her cousin told specialists, and police reacted to the home for a revealed aggravation. Both Cheryl and Tony independently told the reacting official this was the first occasion when they’d engaged in sexual relations and it was consensual.
Tony’s mom told the official the pair had gotten nearer recently and the sex happened after they began kissing. The two were hence accused of inbreeding, a felony, and gave a summons to show up in court last Thursday. The Lavoies have a pretrial hearing booked for Oct. 27.
