36 year-old man from Harlem shot & killed in Bronx after he flicked a cigarette towards strangers

A 36-year-old elderly person was lethally shot while strolling with his significant other in the Bronx after he flicked a cigarette butt toward three outsiders who were ravenous for a battle.

Curtis Holley got into a contention with the outsiders after he carellessly flicked his cigarette toward them while strolling along 165th St. furthermore, Prospect Ave. in Morrisania about 8:45 p.m. Saturday, authorities said.

The contention heightened and one of the men pulled out a weapon and impacted Holley in the middle, police said. Surgeons hurried Holley to Lincoln Hospital, where he kicked the bucket at 11:55 p.m. Holley lived in Harlem, as indicated by cops. There were no quick captures.
