Dani Lever, Gov. Cuomo’s communications director, is withdrawing the governor’s office to take a vocation with Facebook. Lever is joining the social media monster to take a shot at their alleged Strategic Response Communications team, where she will deal with the organization’s responses to breaking issues identified with items and strategies.
The 33-year-old joined Cuomo’s press shop in 2014 and turned into the primary lady to fill in as his press secretary in 2016. She was elevated to her present job two years back. A Westchester County local and University of Wisconsin-Madison graduate, Lever recently worked for state Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, President Obama’s 2012 battle, and Clinton Foundation.
She filled in as press secretary for previous city Comptroller Bill Thompson’s fruitless mayoral offer before here residency with the governor. Current senior deputy communications director Peter Ajemian will supplant Lever.
